Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Donation Refunds

As a non-profit organization, Gaushubham Foundation generally does not offer refunds for donations. Once a donation is made, the funds are immediately allocated to our programs for cow protection and rural welfare.

2. Duplicate Transactions

In the event of a technical error resulting in a duplicate transaction, please contact us within 7 days with proof of the duplicate payment. We will investigate and process a refund for the duplicate amount if verified.

3. Cancellation of Recurring Donations

If you have set up a recurring donation and wish to cancel it, you can do so at any time through our website or by contacting us. Cancellations will stop future payments but will not result in a refund of previously made donations.

4. Process for Refund Requests

For any exceptional refund requests related to technical errors, please email us at info@gaushubham.org with the transaction ID, date, amount, and reason for the request.

5. Timeframe

Verified refund requests for technical errors will be processed within 10-15 working days and credited back to the original payment method.
